Please make sure you check the “CD” box on your order envelope so your order is scanned after processing. If you do not include a blank CD, we will supply you with one for $2.00 each.
Please indicate if you want previews as well as scans. All Film is returned uncut and rolled. Proofs mean normal proof products: 3.5x5, 4x5, 4x6 or 5x5
Camera exposure must be accurate. We do not roll scan true black and white film. Images are not rotated, if you would likethat service, an additional charge will be assessed, based on the number of images.

Scans from Cut Negatives
Medium resolution is our default. If nothing else is indicated on the bag, that is what we will assume you want. Please mark the order envelope for scanning. Indicate if you want scans only.
All cut negatives must be placed on crop cards, or $.50 for each negative will be added.
For cut negatives, please indicate if you want LOW, MED. or HIGH RES. SCANS If you do not include a blank CD, we will supply you with one for $2.00 each.
